Sad Queer Horsegirls Muscle Tee

$30.00

This one’s for all my fellow kids who fought to stay awake on long drives in the back of the family car so they would’t miss a glimpse of horses along the rural highways, who cried into the pages of books like Misty of Chincoteague, Black Beauty, and Mustang, who picked books about horse breeds at the Scholastic Book Fair, who inherited their love of horses from a HorseGirl mother, who watched the Last Unicorn, Legend, Fantasia, My Little Pony…this one’s for my fellow Sad Queer Horsegirls.

Drawing horses with my artist mother is one of my earliest memories, and ive never stopped…

Original art by Kita (that’s me!) white ink on dark grey, 100% cotton american apparel boxy muscle tee. Cropped to meet a high waisted belt line. Model is Kita (me again, sorry) and is 5’6” wearing a size small. All Kita goods are screenprinted in my Chicago home studio by my own two hands, with every attempt at being a good steward to the earth. Ink is water based, items are printed in very small batches to avoid waste, using eco-friendliest cleaning/screenprinting materials, compounds & practices.

I only print on shirts that come up to at least 2XL, and will never charge more for larger sizes.
