Explore Chicago’s newest magical shop & community space: Roots & Ritual, then join Kita to chat about the magical & mundane uses of brooms, & enjoy light refreshments… all while you learn to make your own custom color broom from start to finish, then adorn it with a talisman of your choosing & hear a bit from Madi (co-owner of R&R) about a little ritual cleanse she’s providing for you & your new magical tool. We cant think of a better way to look ahead towards Summer’s wane than by bedecking your wall with a piece of magic you crafted yourself, having a new tool to add to your magical practice, setting fresh wards to protect your self & home, or simply adding a bit of beauty to your functional cleaning routine.

Beginner-friendly, no experience necessary! We will be getting barefoot & physical to craft our brooms, please dress in non-restrictive clothing. All supplies & light refreshments included.
You will receive a reminder with a little more info 2 days before the event. This workshop is for folks 16yrs and up as it requires a great deal of patience & some real strength.
