LIMITED MISPRINT Serpent Tank - FINAL SALE

$10.00
sold out

Inspired by the archetypes of Medusa and Lilith, this original illustration features Horn Nose Serpents and Rock Roses -both indigenous to the isles of Greece- intertwined with the grasping hands of our maligned heroine. Whether you see the image as the flora, fauna, and femme growing together with their magical workings woven together, or desperately reaching skyward for air and freedom in a world that didnt understand them and sought to destroy them; this piece is for the folks who would rather live outside the relative comforts of society than conform.

PRINT IS ON THE FRONT FOR SIZES LARGE-2XL, AND ON THE BACK FOR SIZE SMALL & MEDIUM SO IT WOULD BETTER FIT THE GARMENT.

THIS VERY SMALL RUN OF SHIRTS ARE MISPRINTS - EXAMPLES OF THE PRINTS ARE SHOW - THE TOPMOST SERPENT’S NOSE EITHER OVERSATURATED OR PRINTED TOO LIGHT. I DO ALL MY OWN PRINTING SO I ONLY HAVE MYSELF TO BLAME FOR MAKING THE IMAGE THE TINIEST BIT TOO BIG FOR THE GARMENT. Because the prints are not up to my standards but i had numerous folks say they would still love one and i hate waste, i am selling this very small run of 15 shirts at a discount. I cannot guarantee which shirt you will get or which type of misprint you will receive - lil light, lil dark. At this deep discount i’m just covering the cost of materials and want the shirts to be worn.

Original art by Kita (that’s me!) black ink on olive/camo green, cotton/poly blend stretchy fitted waffle texture crop, racer back tank. Cropped to just above a high waisted belt line. Model is Kita (me again, sorry) and is 5’6” wearing a size medium. All Kita goods are screenprinted in my Chicago home studio by my own two hands, with every attempt at being a good steward to the earth. Ink is water based, items are printed in very small batches to avoid waste, using eco-friendliest cleaning/screenprinting materials, compounds & practices.

Because of the nature of this misprint run, there are no exchanges or refunds, i appreciate you supporting my art and my perfectionism.

I only print on shirts that come up to at least 2XL, and will never charge more for larger sizes.
